Our seminar and coaching program to quit smoking are not a substitute for medical care or other specialists. 

We ensure the utmost discretion regarding everything related to our clients and participants in our stress-free smoking cessation program. 

Our goal is clear: to provide smokers with a relaxed but realistic environment that allows them to quit smoking without stress and in a lasting way, thereby adopting a new lifestyle. 

We offer seminars and coaching sessions for companies and individuals in face-to-face meetings, which can be supplemented with 12 months of on-demand online support at no additional cost. With the support tools currently available, it is possible to achieve satisfactory results in managing physical withdrawal symptoms. The real challenge lies in controlling the effects of mental withdrawal and avoiding relapse into smoking.


PERSONAL COACH

Quit smoking without stress while enjoying your vacation!

We offer an exclusive personal coaching service in the Spanish Mediterranean region and the Portuguese Algarve. Our individual coaching program is designed to intensively prepare smokers to quit permanently and without stress during their vacation.

Clients can select the schedule and location that best suits their availability, providing great flexibility for face-to-face sessions.

• Duration: 7 days, with 14 personal 120-minute sessions and follow-up online support on demand for 12 months.

• Languages: Spanish, English, German, and Portuguese.

Our work is characterized by discretion and confidentiality, and we ensure that our clients' privacy is protected at all times.


SEMINAR AND IN-PERSON COACHING IN COMPANIES

• Participants: individual sessions or mini-groups of up to 15 employees each.

• Duration:

a) Regular seminar: three weeks with nine 90-minute in-person sessions.

b) Intensive seminar: two weeks with nine 90-minute in-person sessions.

• Location: group sessions are held at the companies. Individual sessions: wherever the client prefers.

• Language: Spanish, English, German, or Portuguese.

• Moderator & Coach: Fernando Wambier.

The seminar and in-person coaching are available in Spain and Portugal, including the island regions of both countries.


The three stages

• Week 1: Preparation to quit smoking

During this first week, we will prepare participants for the day they quit smoking. We will get everything ready so that they can face this day as smoothly and stress-free as possible. We will discuss with the group the physical and mental aspects of smoking and its relationship with their daily routines. Together, we will implement a strategy that paves the way for sustainable smoking cessation.

• Weeks 2-3: Training to avoid relapse

The first few weeks are a critical period for anyone who has quit smoking, so we offer specially focused and in-depth support during this decisive stage. We will accompany group members in their new smoke-free daily life and provide them with the information and support they need to avoid relapse and weight gain.

• 12 months: On-demand online support (live).

Program

Quitting smoking can be different, smooth, and lasting! Our seminar offers the solution for employees who still smoke and want to quit! Our unique combination of highly effective techniques guides participants toward effective solutions for quitting smoking.

We focus on goal-oriented group training, where individual situations can be discussed and participants can learn with and from each other. We supplement our group training with individual support for smokers who need it. 

Smokers will learn step by step how to quit without experiencing significant withdrawal symptoms. They will be encouraged to reorganize certain aspects of their daily lives to create an ideal environment for avoiding relapse and weight gain.


The personalized plan to quit smoking

A personalized plan to quit smoking will increase the smoker's motivation and reinforce their self-confidence in the process. To do this, we will assess their profile and review their goals and previous attempts. Based on the assessment, we will create a completely personalized cessation plan to effectively guide each smoker through their journey toward finally kicking the habit.

In short, the right plan, the smoker's motivation, and our support will give each participant the best chance of success.

The content of the seminar program is identical to that used in companies.

Concept

It is understandable that the preparation period for quitting smoking may seem long, but it is essential to remain patient and committed to achieving your goal. However, recent research clearly shows that intensive support, either individually or in small groups, is very effective. Studies have shown that after one year, people who received adequate support are significantly more likely to stick to their decision not to smoke than those who received no assistance.

The author failed for decades in his attempt to quit smoking on his own, but he did not give up. His extensive smoking career, spanning more than 50 years, and his smoking cessation in 2017 were determining factors that prompted him to develop the innovative concept of his seminar and coaching program.

Such a smooth transition was only possible because his quitting strategy considered not only the physical, but also the psychological and social aspects of his nicotine addiction. In short, the author created a relaxed environment that left no room for withdrawal, thus facilitating a smooth transition to becoming a non-smoker.

The action plan described in this guide includes the following modules and gives advice on:

    • Long-term smoking substitutes.

Author

Born in Brazil in 1952, Fernando Wambier is the great-grandson of German immigrants. After 52 years of smoking, he finally found a way to quit for good in 2017. It was a smooth and stress-free transition, as he details in this book.

He lived in Brazil for many years before spending a year in the United States and then moving with his family to Germany in 1995, where he has lived ever since.

His life has been marked by diversity and versatility. In 2004, he founded his own company in Germany and has worked for many years as an independent consultant for companies in Latin America and Europe.

He studied medicine for eight semesters in Brazil and Germany.
